روستای کلرم از توابع بخش سردار جنگل و در هفت
کیلومتری جنوب غربی شهر فومن
و در مسیر جاده توریستی شهرک تاریخی ماسوله قرار دارد
بقعه امامزاده عبدالله از نوادگان امام هفتم(ع)
و بقعه متبرکه خانم اقا
و آرامگاه مرکزی شهدای بخش سردار جنگل در این
روستا قرار دارد
وجود اماکن مقدس و باغهای سرسبز چای و مزارع
شالیکاری جلوه خاصی
به این روستای استان گیلان داده است
زبان گویش اهالی روستا تالشی و
شغل و منبع درآمدزایی اکثریت اهالی روستا کشاورزی
( شالیکاری ) و دامپروری می باشد
بر اساس اخرین سرشماری مرکز امار ایران
جمعیت روستا 945 نفر ( 241 خانوار ) بوده است
